Refund Policy

Online and in-store returns.

We will accept returns for an exchange or store credit when we receive the package within 21 days from the date of purchase. This includes the shipping time. In-store purchases can be exchanged for store credit or another item within 7 days of purchase with a copy of the receipt.

Crystals, Clearance and Consignment items are final sale.

After you reach out to us, our customer service team will respond with a return authorization (RA) number. Please include the RA number, clearly marked on the outside of the package, and provide us with tracking details for your package. Shipping costs for online returns are the responsibility of the customer. If you are returning the package in person, please provide us with your RA number. All returns must be approved and have an RA number.

We reserve the right to research the original purchase and to limit or decline refunds. All sales items are non-refundable and can not be exchanged. Promotional offers may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, code, coupon and/or offer.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

The inventory on our site should be up-to-date, but sometimes due to high demand mistakes happen and an item may be out of stock or unavailable. In this case we will contact you by e-mail to see if you’d like us to ship the incomplete order (and we will ship the remaining items at no extra charge when they become available.) Or we’d be happy to help you find a replacement product.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a product from us that appears to be damaged or defective, please accept our apologies and contact us immediately at hello@hiddengembainbridge.com. We will gladly resolve this for you.
