Carnelian Gua Sha

Apply a facial oil or serum to clean skin for smooth movement. Hold the gua sha at a slight angle and gently glide it in upward and outward strokes, starting at the neck and moving to the jawline, cheeks, and forehead. Repeat each stroke 3–5 times with gentle pressure.
